Please read and understand the below Terms and Conditions before paying the deposit. By paying the deposit you understand and agree with the below:

Bridal/Event Styling Services

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of bridal/event styling services by Krystal Hairstylist, hereinafter referred to as "Krystal," to the client, hereinafter referred to as the "Client." By engaging Krystal's services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms.

1. Contracted Services:

1.1 By paying the deposit, the Client acknowledges that the number of services requested in the agreement cannot be changed to a lesser amount once the deposit is made. This policy is in place because Krystal reserves the date and times specifically for the Client, and any reduction in services affects both scheduling and revenue.

1.2 Additional guests may be added to the booking, subject to Krystal’s availability. Requests for additional services should be communicated and confirmed in advance.

2. Time:

2.1 Krystal will arrive at the designated location 5 minutes before the agreed start time on the wedding day.

2.2 The contracted start and end times will be specified in the contract summary, as initiated and approved by the Client.

2.3 It's essential that the Client reach out to their photographer and establish the timeline to avoid any last-minute surprises as the day approaches. Any changes to the timeline of services after the deposit is paid, may be accommodated, subject to scheduling availability, but such changes cannot be guaranteed. Clients are encouraged to contact Krystal as soon as possible to discuss any desired modifications.

3. Location:

3.1 If the Client decides to change the location, it must be within a 10-minute radius of the original location. Krystal may not be able to provide services at a location further away, especially if there is another booking scheduled after the Client's.

3.2 In cases where the getting-ready location involves a change in location halfway through the styling process, such as moving to a bridal suite or another location, a moving fee will apply.

3.3 Parking fees will be applicable at hotels, in the central business district (CBD), or any location that requires paid parking. Clients are responsible for notifying Krystal of any limited parking space or restricted parking times at the chosen location as this could affect allocated timings.

4. Payment:

4.1 The final payment for Krystal services is due in cash on the day of the wedding, before services are commenced.

4.2 Alternatively, if the Client prefers to make payment via bank transfer, the full payment must be received at least one week prior to the wedding day.

4.3 To ensure efficient timing, all balances are required to be settled before the commencement of services. Krystal does not accept separate payments. Clients are responsible for ensuring that bridesmaids, mothers, or other guests who are paying for their services on the day have the exact cash, which should be placed in the same envelope.

5. Cancellation:

5.1 All deposit payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy applies regardless of the circumstances leading to the cancellation.

5.2 In the event of a wedding date or time postponement, Krystal requires a minimum of 8 months' notice. The deposit may be held for the rescheduled date, subject to Krystal's availability, and an additional administration charge of $200 will be applied.

5.3 If Krystal is unable to perform the agreed-upon services due to unforeseeable reasons, she will take responsibility for finding a suitable replacement hairstylist, and the deposit will be refunded in full to the Client.

5.4 In the event that a wedding is affected by COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no cancellation fee. The deposit can be used towards a rescheduled wedding date or converted into a credit note, which is transferable to a new date or another event.

6. Client Responsibilities:

6.1 The Client must ensure they are available at the agreed-upon time and location for styling services.

6.2 The Client must have clean, dry hair as per instructions in confirmation email upon Krystal's arrival. Failure to do so, may incur surcharges.

7. Liability and Insurance:

Krystal is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages to the Client or any third parties as a result of the services provided.

8. Photographs and Marketing:

8.1 Krystal may take photographs of the styling work for promotional and marketing purposes. The Client agrees to allow the use of these images without compensation. In the case where the Client does not want photos taken and used please advise Krystal in advance via email, at the time of deposit.

By paying the deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The Client also acknowledges that the deposit to Krystal serves as confirmation of their acceptance of these terms.
